The top 3 countries for gun ownership in Europe are Switzerland, Sweden and Norway

Switzerland has over 45 guns per 100 residents, and has a .6 murder rate (murder per 100,000 population per year)

Sweden has 31.6 guns per hundred and a .7 murder rate
Norway is 31.3 and 2.2

The countries with fewer guns in Europe average more murders. The correlation between guns and murder is negative.

Across the whole world there isn't much of a correlation either way.

And within the US as we have more guns and more liberalized carry rules the murder rate has gone down.

The evidence is solidly against you.
