"I wonder what those non-Medicare docs who don't accept under 65's will do when they retire."

first of all questions need a question mark at the end of the question.

See. That's why we have all these communication problems. It's hard to write clearly when one can't differentiate between a question and a statement. I noticed that you had put question marks after your declarative statements. I figured you were just trying to be cute...

These are declarative:

Those non-Medicare docs don't accept under 65"s? [sic]
[I]Wonder what they'll do when they retire??? [sic]

Declarative sentences end with periods. Even if they are indirect questions such as "I wonder what..."

What will those...do when they retire?

Now, that's a question. Interrogatives end with a question mark.

Asking what they will do when they retire doesn't necessarily mean you asking about what insurance they would choose...

Yes, I accidentally cut that out during editing. Sorry about that.

It should have read:

I wonder what those non-Medicare docs who don't accept under 65's will do for health insurance when they retire.

Sans question mark. <g>
