It contains corporate subsidies but they are not the main part of it. OTOH they are far from insigifigant, and also aren't really authorized by the law to continue anymore.

The subsidies I'm talking going directly to the insurers, probably should be tossed out by the courts, but the USSC having failed twice to rule against Obamacare (once against the whole law, once against subsidies for people buying insurance in states that don't have exchanges "established by the state"), probably isn't going to revisit it, or if it does there is a good chance Roberts and/or Kennedy will go along with the liberal judges.

The common use of 'right' and 'left' in the US is Republican and Democrat. You are correct in that their policies are real national socialism, i.e. more akin to Nazi fascism than anything else.

I didn't say, and I do not think, that the Democrats and Republicans are like the Nazis. Even in terms of generally being statist and supporting centralized control the Nazis were worse, and obviously the Nazis went well beyond that. Should the US start a world war and start committing genocide let me know.
