I agree with all that. I just don't believe we ought to be giving them unnecessary opportunities to justify these actions.

It is disingenuous, or misguided, or something, for the left to promote seat belt laws then bitch about it when the cops end up taking people to jail over it. Many of us were saying at the time, "You're inviting trouble. "

I don't think the cops ought to be able to pull someone over for a seat belt violation. It is my business

That lady will reap millions from the city of Carlsbad, just based on the still of her being punched while down on the ground. Carlsbad is a wealthy, conservative place - she's probably a Republican.
