It has also been argued ad nauseum on this thread the fact that yes, no one is *forced* into using IE, but it is my understanding that in anti-trust cases, it is not required to show that there is absolutely no choice. It is only required to demonstrate that the monopoly power has been unfairly leveraged. Whether the DOJ will be able to prove this or not is certainly a question. Is there is enough evidence out there to win an anti-trust case? I suspect so.
Granted, this is not an anti-trust case, but it seems to be leading up to one.
