Judging by your response, you don't get it. Part of the reason as to why MSFT's stock is getting hit is the perception that a judgement will come out against MSFT which will, at the very least, give the consumers more choice. This might not be all that bad for MSFT, but it cannot be good for MSFTs' stock, at least in the short to medium term.
