Mark, Have you ever heard of the Pac Man defence? What if ABX tried to takeover PFG and a pac man defence was mounted. ABX would be a mouthful, but if money and friends are available......
What company hurriedlt put a shareholders right program into effect??
To be realistic I suspect that PFG might just be too small to devour ABX, but do you remember those deep sea animals that can eat things that are 20 times their size?, that is whay they call it the Pac Man defence, you eat them right back. It all depends on funding, confidence levels, and control block sizes.

MNP activity has little to do w/ CMS - chet + nell of MNP and the others of their group have 4-5 companies that need to move. MNP has a huge mailout and 1 or 2 IR teams in place and another mailer to follow.

Mark:

I see that CTQ is starting to move upwards a bit as well. If I am not
mistaken, I believe that CMS is involved with this one as well. It would
be interesting to know where her heart really lies. You may recall the
run that we had last year, that begun around the same time. It is interesting
to note, that run began with a bunch of rumours swirling about. As it turned
out, a lot of the rumours turned out to be true. Have you noticed how it appears
as if the rumour mill has begun to churn again? Is it a sign of things to come?
Is it promotion time for CMS? I would think that they will be awful anxious to
get the price back up in the $6 to $7 dollar range, considering the
PP done at $6 something.

Good Luck
Don
