W. Chan I just got a note from Mr Crosby,and he advises the following 1. after new years, he believes there will be a considerable amount of news 2. He believes they may have a solution to their problems, but it will take some time and concerted effort in trying to determine the legal staus of the company and what is owed, and to whom and where. It appears that there are a number of debts outstanding. 3. He asked that I pass on that they are working on developing a plan to be introduced after they solve all the legal issues surrounding the company. He indicated that this all has to be sorted out before they can regain nvestor confidence.....I'm in for the long haul, nothing to lose now..... will keep you posted regards Joe
