Not so much about what we say and write - but that the government is barred from making laws the deny our rights. So why are R's trying to deny women their rights. Heller???? That was in 2008, about 225 years after the fact, what took so long for something so simple. And BTW, Scalia left the door open to ban certain types of weapons.
