Shorts getting frantic. People worried about the stock going to 200. Peter Futerko fantasizing that institutions are buying at these prices.

All good signs.

I finally feel a lot less nervous about my short position.

The last time this happened, YHOO was in the low 50s. I don't think this thing is going down until insiders sell big or the short interest drops by 50%.
