I don't have any detailed info on that incident.
But it will be forthcoming...not necessarily nor initially public though.

Patience is needed especially if POTUS is involved in the excuse making.
But believe me if SF was involved we will all hear about it and IMO we would have already.

In my 53+ years in the SF Regiment I never knew of any team calling in an airstrike on a hospital even if they were taking fire from it and that has happened too.
