I think the January effect is a little bit slow on this stock. Since late last week, I observe that large caps are lagging behind small caps. Money seems to be pooring into small caps, a phenomenon known as January effect. I think once the hot small caps have completed the initial gain, then ORFR will start moving. I think it will either happen between now and the end of the year, or during the first week of January 98.
