Ahh chief you can't get out of your troubles only add to them. Here is a scenario.A group of litigators in a law office lets say the number 12 all share a common IP address. Each one over a period of two weeks creates a nick on a bullboard and makes a post or two.Not one post is defamatory libellous or demeaning.Every one of those nicks gets suspended banned within a day or two. What did they do wrong. Was Mr Duncan given the IP adresses without a production order? I really doubt what you say as he is smarter than that and so is stockhouse.Stockhouse does not determine the threat level of the post content. They will advise if you do feel a threat to contact the police and go from there. The group of litigators has that in writing from stockhouse in there case study.Stockhouse can't bend rules for some not for others.Carry on chief great entertainment on a rainy thursday.

Your AAAA,BBBB,CCCC story was very telling in a cryptic sort of way.Unfortunately it is as always a complete fabricated lie.You need to be smarter than that and make up better excuses. That one did not hold water. What if the same group of lawyers whom created nicks on stockhouse and had them deleted also created another group of nicks through other ips(all different) from a new provider but used a word in the alias such as Donut,Cap etc and were banned with one or two posts of no reportable content. There is a strong case out there that rights of individuals were breached.Who cares about the AAAA,BBBB,CCCC ..We liked your point that stockhouse would notify both ZEN and CCB of the alias's they were banning from the respective boards. We are almost certain the connection referenced many times about a employee at stockhouse and Bob greenfield have substance for further investigation.I guess if the posters ever decide to join together and launch a coordinated CA it might happen but let the wheels of the OSC investigation proceed first.Any outcome from it could largely effect a CA case.LtGoldbull and others could win big at least if they are in the US they would.
