Only if the rebellions where in response to "a long train of abuses and usurpations" that was "destructive" "of the ends of" "certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

Sigh. That is one of many problems with your thesis. Who gets to determine those parameters? The rebels in those 3 rebellions thought the taxes were onerous enough to engage in their acts of treason. Congress and the president didn't agree. The South thought the gathering threats to their "peculiar institution" was a "long train of abuses and usurpations". And Congress and the president didn't agree. "Oppressive" is often in the eye of the beholder.

The idea that the Founders intended to have an armed citizenry so they could engage in armed rebellion when they chose to is, uh, detached from reality.
