I gave you a specific example. $2bil in road projects that had nothing to do with Sandy tossed in because some congress person or another wanted something for their district.

As for the rest, how much of it is pork depends on how you define pork, but even with the tightest possible definition (say spending that is clearly wasteful and is specifically earmarked), which would cause much of it not to be considered pork, you have a big spending bill tossing around $43 bil worth of stuff that has nothing to do with the original purpose of the bill.

If close to 3/4s of the bill isn't about the official purpose of the bill, then it isn't reasonable to call someone against the purpose of the bill just because they didn't vote for it.
