What you are saying there is that the ENTIRE country has to bend to the will of the 4 million members of the NRA..

Not their will - to the common sense suggestion and recognition that criminals exist and intend harm. Taking practical steps to stop threats is again - common sense. Shooting the messenger - good one.

The bill of rights is not a pendulum and the courts and the people have already decided - the 2nd amendment is here to stay. Even liberals are beginning to wise up that taking guns from good people does nothing to stop criminals.
