also found it amusing. The lower the stock price goes by the end of the week the lower I can buy in and avg. down.

However, there are a few mistakes in you post that should be noted.

"have no contracts worth real money

Sorry, but CSGI has signed a 3 Million line Migration and Year 2000 conversion project with LSI (a Subsidiary of Merril Lynch) This project IS revenue generating.

CSGI's Millennium project was also a revenue sharing project.

I expect more projects to be announced as the flood gates open in Q1 and Q2 of 1998

"insiders are selling shares like crazy"

Sorry, the S-1 is a registration statement only. It doesn't indicate that insiders are selling shares. Form 144 filings are what to look at for information on insider selling.

I truly know that you didn't mean to make these errors.

btw- If you wish to short the stock, please wait until they are on NASDAQ (probably in the next 45 days) and then you can short to your hearts delight, but just keep in mind that the stock price may be at $10 to $12 by then.

Other than that, you are exactly right. This stock sucks and I hope it goes a lot lower before the last week in Dec.

stay tuned.

p.s. you might have better luck finding a market maker to short stock through. Those market managers are hard to find.

Hello! You must be the angel of CSGI's FUTURE.

Very nice to meet you, dear angel. Forgive me in advance if I ever misspell your name 'angle'-- it's purely my poor typing skills.

Being from the City of Angels myself, I think we may be able to discuss The Fall of the House of CSGI.

First, I think that $3 for a low in '98 is very generous, and that CSGI may very well go under a buck, as I once said this year for the opening of my "Shorting CSGI" thread. That thread is now gone, but it's spirit lives on.

How did I know that CSGI would fall to under $5 back in February? The first clue was that they couldn't keep an accounting firm who would have anything to do with them. Secondly, they took forever to provide proper financials to the SEC. They were always "going to be coming out with them next month". That went on for six months.

The company is a JOKE! Too bad all those poeple who lost money in it aren't laughing. The ones who ARE laughing include the constant parade of charactures who've passed through for a few weeks at a time to TOUT this low-life stock.

This thread has been the most fun I've had all year. Thank you CSGI for providing us all with a constance source of Comical entertainment!

your thorn in the butt,
Kevin
