You must have been tossed from law school for embellishment lol Chief, I completely disagree. IMO, BJD is a wannabe lawyer, never even made it to law school due, in part, to low LSAT scores. Of my classmates who went on to law school and became lawyers, some were excellent students while others were at least good students. However, even the "good students" were far more intelligent than BGD, who repeats the same drivel over and over again - a court challenge over posting rights on a privately owned bulletin board - "we have the right to post despicable content and hurl filthy personal insults as often as we want, even if the comments constantly violate a site's terms of use policy". Good luck with that one Charlie, I certainly wouldn't be flushing my money down the toilet on that sort of frivilous lawsuit. Very rarely do companies lose lawsuits for taking the trash to the curb. With all his talk about the posting history on other sites, I suspect he is related to or knows at least one of the banned posters.
