BigDough your students are in for some interesting times. It will be the first time in history where a group of people are implicated in an organized bashing attack on a company using several public forums with the intent to lower the share price so they can buy shares at reduced prices. Fortunately for the investigators, members of the group left a trail of irrefutable evidence of their misdeeds at Stockhouse and SiliconInvestor. Can you say non sequitur? So, let me get this straight. You believe that you can meet three tests, which you have described. 1. Organization, by which I take it you mean conspiracy. Good luck with that. Agreeing with somebody is not evidence for conspiracy. 2. Intent to lower the share price. Good luck with that one. The posts made had greater effect than did the delayed PEA, the poor metallurgy, poor management....3. Buy shares at reduced prices. Who bought shares? The only thing that you have irrefutable proof of is that you are a doofus. Your suspicions, whether individually held, or arising from group-think, are not evidence of anything whatsoever, except for stupidity. Lar
