Banning guns from the street is not grabbing guns.


And why would you want this?
Will the criminals stop carrying guns on the street?
How will this make us safer if we can no longer defend ourselves?

It is if you enforce it.

Well I suppose you could write someone a ticket and let them walk around with their gun anyway, then you would ban it but not grab guns. But that doesn't seem likely.
