"So their leaders will change..."

Unfortunately, younger faces beating the same worn out drums, thud thud thud, doesn't inspire much hope. This is all you get until a genuine sparkle of freshness is brought forward.

What is needed is a new moxie, a truly liberal body of thinkers and actors to energize the Democratic party. Even republicans should encourage a group of people with genuine interest in unifying the populous behind good ideas and positive social development...were such a movement to surface, because this would be people open to authentic dialogue. When we see this happening we should also see emergent leadership to bring about the needed change. Many thought Obama was this type of leader after his speech at the 2004 convention. Then we saw who he was surrounding himself with and it was the same old tired pack of toads from the archaic radical left. He had the opportunity to lead a parade of fresh new leadership roll models before the people to inspire the nation. Instead we got a bunch of Sharpton sharpies, followed by choral eye rolling. tsk
