If it has been Russians or Iranians taking down the hospital in the middle of an ongoing war, I'd rate the percentage chance of it being a war crime to be higher and reasonably so of course you would American is never wrong, Russia is evil ===== You are leaving out and ignoring the fact that the Director had good communication with US forces and despite being on the phone for 30 minutes, the US kept targeting a well known hospital until it was razed That's a war crime and you know it
