Hoover....you won't get any file from the OSC....tells me something about your intelligence..

Chief and hoov appear to be desperate and in a panic to get their hands on that OSC file. They must have a guilty conscience.

If they were innocent they would be laughing about any suggestion that they were involved in any wrongdoing BUT that is NOT how they are acting. They are very concerned and want desperately to look at that file so they can try to deflect and explain any incriminating evidence they know might be found by investigators. The other reason why they want to see that file is so they can try to harass or bring defamation lawsuits action against anybody involved in the original complaint. Filing a complaint is not an accusation and it is not defamation. It is simply a request for an investigation of suspected wrongdoing. If there was no evidence of wrongdoing and those under investigation are innocent then the complaint file is closed. No harm, no foul to those named in the file.

The OSC cannot allow any person who is the subject of a complaint to see their file to protect the integrity of the complaint system. If people are not assured that they privacy will be protected then the OSC might as well close their operations because nobody will ever file a complaint again. The anonymity of those filing the complaint must be protected by the OSC. When an investigation is completed and no evidence of wrongdoing is found then the file should be permanently sealed or destroyed.

The more hoov and Chief blabber on about the OSC file the more guilty they appear. I was suspicious of their integrity before but now my suspicions are skyrocketing. To paraphrase that cartoon character Dudley Do-Right: "They'll get a fair trial and then they'll face huge fines and be sentenced to life in jail." not to mention the CA lawsuit that will follow.
