IMHO, ALYD will have more work than they can handle when CEO's, CFO's, CIO's, and IS managers worldwide finally snap to the fact that there is not enough time remaining to save their skins without the use of an automated tool!

PS. (Why, I would venture to guess that even the "fully automated" tool, CSGI, will have contracts during the "panic time.")

I don't even want to know if Bob Gruder had an interest
in CHASE!!! I can't believe Reg S sales were crucial to his business
plan. I wonder if Jeff can offer some rational explanation of what
