Craig, the only time I sell is if the underlying fundamentals change. For example, I got out of IBM when it appeared that bottom line growth did not increase as a result of increasing sales -- i.e., the increase in earnings was due to share buy-backs and internal savings -- not a happy scenario!

So, the bottom line is that I don't know when a stock is over-valued. Besides, needless selling just triggers taxes.
