SMartin, I sent those series of posts w/ Kugler asking Daddy Bigs to sell his shares, and the one asking If Daddy Bigs would ask other RMIL longs to sell their shares, to the NASD, since it was a broker attempting to shake shares on the internet. I faxed them to the NASD about 10 days ago. It appeared to me to be a violation of 15USC Chapter 2A sub.i.77q. So I would think the NASD has "defered" those posts to the SEC. Particularly since I made my first direct complaint today to the SEC regarding brokers who slam stocks on the internet, particulary one who has spoken to an admitted short seller of RMIL from Prtincipal offices during Market hours. So we'll let them decide, won't we SMartin, Pugs
