Hi Patti! This is CVIA's incorporation info from the SEC files: CORPORATE VISION INC /OK 8908 S YALE AVE STE 360 TULSA, OK 74137 (this may be their legal address, not their physical address -M.) I don't know what the situation is at the moment, they probably don't have an office right now, because they just don't need one to proceed with the merger. Several people were concerned that they couldn't find any reference on WOTD in the public records (I tried to do that myself as soon as I learned what the company name was - no luck!). I personally incorporated 3 companies over the last couple of years. I just tried to find any info on them, and found NOTHING! However, the companies are completely legit! (I am sure I will be able to track them down if I inquire at the CT Dept. of State, where the Articles of Incorporation were filed). We can only speculate about WOTD at this point, I am sure it won't be long till we know much more from Mr. Arnold himself. So, here is my share of speculation: First, WOTD may be a new company, incorporated solely for the purpose of the upcoming merger. So far, it is just an "acquisition-driven company", it doesn't have to have an office (just a legal address) to start acquiring other companies. Second, it may have been registered in another state (this practice is quite common!) Let's keep digging anyway! Milk

pattiecake, This is the address I have please check and see if it is VALID! 8908 South Yale Ave Suite 360 Tulsa, OK 74137 918-492-2560 Has anyone found out why that theres is NO address or listing of of any kind for "Western Oil & Tire Distribution? I live in Washington State and I spent 40.00 and several hours searching databases and came up empty handed. Something Stinks here IMHO. If I have the name of this company wrong will someone PLEASE correct me and fast so I can continue my search! This is what I believe to have been in the news release. I have done some tall thinking since they release their "good" news and if you take a real hard look at the FACTS this outfit has told its' investors NOTHING! Nothing that can be varified. WHY???
