You have a very selective memory. Bill Clinton reappointed Greenspan. Clinton also set the real estate bust in motion.

I think Yellen should start regular quarter point raises, wait for thing to settle, then do another. Until we're at least up a couple of points.

You'd see some pain though. I'm assuming you haven't purchased a house recently or don't currently own one.
