I believe most states forbid felons from owning guns. That's an example of a reasonable regulation. Most states that have "shall issue" permits for concealed carry require passing a background check and a certain amount of education and training. Another example of reasonable regulation. Why are liberals opposed to such reasonable regulations and demand gun confiscation policies to disarm everyone but the police? Gun confiscation IS what Obama was calling for when he held up Australia & Britain as examples of good gun control.
