None of the links I followed gave any evidence of such and order. Just went back through the conversation to see if there was something I missed but there was nothing significant. Nothing even really addressed the issue of demonstrating there was such an order, you didn't even get "tried and failed" on that issue, let alone a presentation of actual serious evidence to support the charge. To be fair, it would be a pretty hard thing to demonstrate in most cases like this.
