Robert, I happen to agree with you. IMHO, I think that the company will split into two separate entities, education and entertainment. The entertainment will grow too large for the present oranization and structure to handle. They will need much larger resources to handle their business. The education, however, I believe will be owned by Samuels. I believe the long term player will be greatly rewarded. FMG

You have no time to answer my questions which I will repost at the end of this post. HUH!! You are only busy hyping this dirt, SCAM SCAM. NOW on JAN 4th 1998. WHERE IS THE NEWS supposedly beginning of OCT, end of Dec. WHAT NOW. can't you smell the scam even after it is rotting. Your answer is no more than ranting. You say short the stock and you will buy all shares. What stupidity as an answer. Of course you may or may not be a MM in this security, and even if yes you might just be the usual MM who makes big money by rolling and hyping the stock. You buy low, hype it, sell, than watch the stock decline and buy some more when a desperate seller unloads with the expected no buyers in this dead security. As a seller comes in with a substantial amount of shares and you see it coming you know there are no buyers or liquidity for these shares, you may knock the bid down to say 1 3/8 or 1 1/4 depending on the amount you feel worth risking to pick up. When this issue was raised you failed to show yourself on these boards until Dec 13. However you never answered that issue. 2) You agree with me that the preffered was a terrible act which ruined the sharehoilders, however it won't happen again. which opens several issues. a) If shareholders were already diluted to the tune of 28 mil shares, then why are you still even hyping this scam b) You say Samuels made a mistake. This is not just a minor business mistake. This is like someone was to tell you he invested into a chain letter pyramid scheme by mistake. At its best the way you want us to believe Samuels is so naive that you cannot trust him with any business judgement c) 3.5 mil. shares were just issued. d) Why do I have to believe you that no more preffered will be issued. $25 mill. were supposed to be issued in Oct. E) How then will the company raise cash as it chokes. 3) You claim to be on the buy side. Fine!! you are probably accumulating some shares to roll around that is why you are hyping these shares currently. Then as it goes up a little you sell. You are just having a good time on this one. 4) You do not address the BURN RATE of $8 mil per year. You couldn't care less. 5) You say the person who did the deal rectified it. The milk is spilled how can you rectify it. Are you just printing sentences without thinking Folks out there BEWARE. Do not believe these LIARS and scam artists.
