WR, that "report" is one of the biggest hoots coming out of Obama administration to date.

Really, climate change representing an "immediate risk" to national security? That's laughable on its face, especially considering that the climate has always been changing, even before the rise of humankind.

Looks like someone in the Pentagon wants to rise up in the political ranks.

How stupid does a person have to be to believe that? It is just as ignorant and uninformed as a person can get.
