China is really making out like bandits on this climate stuff ... they're building carbon emitting plants and factories, emitting more carbon than us already and are going to triple emissions over the next couple decades. AND here's where they really make out ... they're selling us all the solar panels and the rare earths used in wind turbines. So when our loons make our country install this stuff it creates big revenue for Chinese industry.
