If Bernie does well without a SuperPAC that would essentially cut the legs off any argument that SuperPACs create any unfair advantage to those wanting to buy access.

It is free speech, anyway you look at it. I can say any damned thing I want to and I can pay someone else to do it for me. Removal of that law would be plainly unconstitutional.
