Unfortunately, CVIA left out the most important information
we as shareholders need--the assets of WOTD. Until we know
how many assets we are going to be infused with, I do not
think the share price will have any reason to increase. I
really hope I am wrong and the stock price goes up anyway,
but I feel the MMs have no reason to raise the price. For
example, look at today's activity. The buy to sell ratio
was nearly 3 to 1. Now, there are about 14 MMs in this
stock, so one MM (who may possibly be short the stock) cannot
hold this price down, while 13 other MMs just sit back and
watch it happen.
After speaking with someone who has actually taken private
companies public via the reverse merger, I learned the MOST
important thing in this whole process is determining the assets
of the private company--in this case WOTD. He went on to
say that these acquisitions are of little meaning until we
know what assets CVIA will be infused with. Let us all hope
we get some answers quickly.
