s martin, I was told not to. Roland had told me the location of about seven different places. I asked where his factories were, and he had no idea. He had no idea! He had to go grab a piece of paper and read it off of that! That is a serious warning flag if I ever heard it. And BTW, I did mention it and was torn apart by some of the yeas. Go back and check the posts. Gary Morgan told a fellow silicon investor(one that I talk to about a bunch of stocks over the phone) that it wasn't really necessary to attain the 5 million dollars for the merger, and that it really didn't look like they were going to get it. This info came not three days before the announcement that they already signed an agreement with a company for the 5 million. Guys, the biggest warning flag that you people should have had is the fact that merger was hinging on the fact they got this 5 million dollars!!!! Duh! If they didn't get it, the merger should've(per the pre-agreement) fallen through. Did any of you notice where the five million dollars came from? Put two and two together... they said it was vital that OVIS come up with 5 million dollars in order for the merger to go through. Did any of you deduce that there was a problem when it was RMCW that came up with the dough? C'mon people! This has nothing to do with undying faith for a company! This has to do with stupidity!
