It's a good starting goal for everybody.
It's an arbitrary goal that doesn't mean jack, except to the politicians who think, like Captain Pelosi Planet, that they're actually trying to save the planet.

You don't see these politicians reducing their "carbon footprint," do you? They still take private jets and drive around in gas-guzzling SUVs.

Even Pope Francis now gets driven around in a smaller, more fuel-efficient car.
