Now at least you have a claim that they knew but not a very solidly substantiated one. Anyone can claim anything. We'll see what comes out about that over time.

In any case the pentagon knowing, isn't the same thing as the people calling in the strike or the people on the AC-130 carrying out the strike knowing.

And knowing it was a hospital building isn't the same as knowing it was a hospital actively in use despite all the fighting around it.
