Seems to me Obama is playing Lucy against Hillary's Charlie Brown......Lucy always pulls the football away just before Charlie can kick it. Obama doesn't want to be obvious about encouraging Hillary's demise and possibly lose a portion of the dem vote in the general election. It seems he would rather "have his hands tied" by the heinous acts of Hillary after dem voters already have an interest, investment and excitement in the general election.
