Ah. Moving the goal posts.

Again.

You are nothing if not predictable.

Like this.

CJ, as usual, you split hairs because you care more about "being right" than about making a valid point.

Of course, the only one doing this is you.

And this one.

To pretend that their problems stem from "climate change" is sheer vanity for you enviro-wackos.

Which, of course, no one said. Climate change does compound their problems, though. Those areas that tend to be dry, like California, the Middle East, northern Africa, etc. are going to be drier. The models show that, and more importantly, data from times in the past when the climate was warmer show it to be true. Likewise, areas that are wet will be wetter. Greater rainfall does not necessarily mean better harvests.

Your claim that fossil fuels means that crop failures are less likely has no basis in reality. With more and longer droughts as a result, there can only be more crop failures. Not to mention increased risk of flooding. The US has crop failures that shake the world's markets. The corn crop failure in 2012 showed that. Considering Russia and Australia had a drought also that severely damaged wheat production was an added bonus that year.

Check this interesting piece of feed-back from the Alpine lakes - in this case from the Starnberger and Ammer See around Munich, while aro 40 years ago those lakes were considered to being dirty dumps of all kinds of local interests, local round-the-lakes environmental drainage systems were implemented. The result: The water quality of the lakes went up to drinking levels and the green parties just LOVE it! On the flip side, however: The fisher man, many of them there since generations, catch no fish anymore!
The green clean water leaves very little if anything for the local fish to survive!

Green and good, no life in the wood!

Sea life here or anywhere!!!
