Would that save a lot of black lives? Why would democrats care about that, especially with Planned Parenthood that decimates the black population? They're throwing the blacks under the bus for the arabs and Hispanics. That will be the next revolution for food stamps, free medical, free tuition, obamaphones and free rent and utilities. Blacks vs Arabs. The Hispanics will sit back, open their stores (and Cerveza) and watch them kill each other, and take the spoils. Watch Deetroit, Chicago, Baltimore et al for what the future brings for the black population, thanks to the liberal democrats.
