Symantec has the healthypc.com site in addition to the Liveupdate pro, both of which fill similar niches to TuneUp and Oil Change.

Ditto on the packaging! Quarterdeck better move swiftly on getting RealHelp to market before everyone looks to Symantec as being the market leader - again. The upcoming review on this genre of software/internet PC Help/Fix will, if positive, bring Quarterdeck to a better position, but momentum has its place. Right now Symantec is picking up speed...

I found the same thing John. I was in CompUSA and noticed how easy it was to find Symantec products verses Quarterdeck products. The stocker manager for that store said they can't keep Symantec on the shelves fast enough. She said CleanSweep was moving but without the rebate she doubted it would move that well. She also said she sees a Symantec representive every month and a cypermedia rep maybe every two months and has never seen a Qdek Rep. Mr. Hessler is right when he states there has been no marketing at Qdek for the past year and now he is going to have to march in on some tough competition and without exceptional products he will have a tough go of it.
