Nevertheless it is found that people with the highest salt intake live the shortest lives. This is epidemiologically found and now by recent research. In Japan the Island with the highest salt intake has an average lifespan of 68. The Island with the least salt intake has an average life span of 81.

I take all medical research reports, especially those reported on by the mainstream media with a grain of salt.
