Chris, your comment is contradictory. He has two choices: give it to Gates or someone else or give half to government. He could write a check to Bureau of the Public Debt and pay off 70 billion in debt. But no, he chose the gates foundation. So he is cooking to avoid government getting his money. I have no complaint about it, but I certainly recognize it for what it is.
