Ed, I agree with what you said, TODAY. I'll quote "ratan? on MU/INTC thread" that : 'the good management in U.S.A will take advantage the vast pool of engineering talent and move EVERYTHING (or almost everything OFFSHORE).' I jokingly asked him not to spread the words (the pool of eng...) out to the 'smart management in US' until I have put my kids thru school. Are you suggesting, US management will not move things offshore when they can? I say, give it time. How fast is it going to happen? Wish I knew?
