First of all... Did Koan really say that? A lot of those rules sound like BS. I just don't want to see the country FLOODED with guns. Palestinians are attacking Jews right now but they are only using knives for the most part. If guns were as common there as they are here then NOBODY could go outside. I can understand how people in rural areas would feel differently about guns.
