Please provide a link to the PR from the IPCC saying the science is "settled"… Even if it isn't settled, as I stated it is the opinion (and a one good enough for govt's to act on - as per the usual relationship between the regulators and the scientists) of the IPCC and the science academies (i.e. all the major legit ones) that there is a dire and immediate need to act in order to mitigate the consequences of climate change.

You deniers love to use meaningless catch phrases like "the science is not settled".

The RICO action is proposed against X-on/Mobile, who realized through their own research the imminent threat of climate change but covered it up (much like the Tobacco lobby did). Again you're dumbing it down and the issues...
