Well believe me, this is a completely usual PP with all the appropriate documentation in a completely legitimate company that has done many of these types of PP's before. The mechanism for "getting out" of the shares is a private buy out of the partnership agreement(not by the company). It's independent of the market so violates no securities law. Shares are not traded here. We cannot guarantee it in all market situations and it may have to operate by promissory note with 90 days to pay.

The ten % I am in for is contributory. There are other considerations for running the show and the 1% NSR. In this case I get no commission from the company. Strange but true.

This is a far different than the usual PP. Here we are making a deal
for ownership of a percentage of the claims with a NSR thrown in. Tell me where you can make that deal anywhere else.
