I've been following FONX now for well over a year. I hold some shares and will probably hold them until the company either explodes upward or just plain explodes. I consider this my long shot gamble.

If their technology is a fraction of what their hype says and if they can actually execute than we have a serious winner here.

Lots of ifs here and I am fully aware of them. BUT, true, facile, speech recognition is the thing that will reignite the entire tech sector and change the face of computing, work, play, and life in general.

I must say that a major reason for my continued willingness to hold is the makeup of the board. They have some serious juice on their board.
That gives me a little sense of security. I know some of you feel the board makeup is not meaningful but I disagree.

My strategy is to hold my small initial core position come hell or high water, and add as things materially improve. I added today because of the Siemens deal. I actually didn't expect to be able to add at half the price from when the news came out, but it was headed down and I stepped out of the way.

will be looking for the next deal to add again.

Remember, this is a small part of my portfolio (1% to be precise) and I am not advocating buying this company willy nilly. Rather, I would consider it close to an all or nothing gamble, with a potentially huge payoff, but also possible snake eyes.
