LOL, loco, you're no expert.. While there are a number of theories about causes of the permian era extinction, the most accepted one is volcanic activity (triggering climate change).

No hysterics here. In a bubble/isolation they may appear as hysterics. Here's an article from the smithsonian (a very dubious institution). :
